Making steel products with rolling method has lots of merit, high production rate, mass kinds, continuous production process, easily reach mechanical automatic production etc. So, it has more widespread application than forging, pressing, drawing etc. Rolling mills is the mean and most important equipment in steel rolling process. The elastic deformation of the stand housing and roller is directly effect on the shape of finally cross-section and the dimensional accuracy, so analysing the elastic deformation of the stand housing and roller can provides the reliable theoretical foundation for optimum design of equipment and instituting optimum rolling mill practive; The mill framework and roller is the main supporting body of the draught pressure, and it is important content of safty in production that weather its strength meet the challenge.This Paper aim at theφ825 blooming mill of the 4th Primary Rolling Factory of Pangang Group Sichuan Changcheng Special Steel Limited Liability Company. Take it that rolling big square billet (750×750mm) into the small one (280×280mm) as survey object. Collected, processed and analyzed the measured technological parameter in rolling process. outlines the theory about rolling test technology in details, approached the method to calculate the rolling force and checked the strength of the roller and framework. analyzed the feasibility of the big steel ingot rolling with theφ825 blooming mill .The paper combine finite element method basal theory, with the large-scale general FEM analysis software ANSYS, simulated the elastic deformation of framework(mill housing) and roller, discussed the stress-strain distribution and dangerous section. Creating model with FEM, can divine and calculate the elastic deformation and stress distribution of the roller and framework conveniencly, effectly and visually, can divine each area stress of the roller and framework, and easily find the weak link of the mill, supply reference for the optimun design of the roller and framework in future.The paper ly use measured method, engineering calculation method, and FEM method to confirm and analyze draught pressure and stress-strain. Fully exert each merit, gained content result. Suppled idear for the synthetical using of the three method. |
