At present, with the wide use of CAD and CAM, it has become the powerful tool for human being to transform the nature. In developed countries, the application of CAD/CAM has entered into a universal use stage. In addition, the related commercial software has got more matured, thus the traditional product pattern has undergone a deep reform in designing and organizing, which changes the way of working of engineering and technical personnel, shortens the product's development cycle, improves visibly the product quality and increases the success rate to develop new product.Being the important national industrial production base and with a solid foundation in manufacturing, Chongqing has been planned to take the automobile and motorcycle manufacturing as its pillar industries since it became the fourth Municipality in China. The number of automobile and motorcycle made in Chongqing ranks the top throughout the nation, and its technology has also met the advanced level. Among these, the linkage rough of motorcycle engine can be produced by forging, and the forging die can be got by the method of NC. Unfortunately, due to the low efficiency and high cost of NC, the electric pulse processing is frequently adopted instead of the machining.The pulsed electrode tool is usually accomplished by the CNC milling machine. The NC programming, the core part of NC, can be divided into manual programming and computer aided programming. The manual programming refers to the different stages of NC completed by manuals. This programming is mainly applied when the shape of the component is not very complicated or the program is relatively short. By contrast, when the components are complicated or their surfaces have the non-circular curves, the computer aided programming is the best way to handle these components with huge amount of programming.
