With the development of the degree of urbanization and industrialization and the indiscriminate use of chemical fertilizer and pesticides, the eutrophication of water body, which is caused by nutritive substance, just like Nitrogen and Phosphorus become more and more serious. The eutrophication of water body lead to the overpopulation of some algae in the water, reducing the transparency clarity of water body, and it make water flow with an offensive odor and reduce the value of the dissolved oxygen. Some algae will make many kinds of toxin which harm creatures in water, and then affect the health of human, in final, destroy the entironment of water. In , which is declared by government in 1996, the discharge standard of Nitrogen and Phosphorus has been prescribed clear. For these standards, it's very important to choose an appropriate technique to eliminate Nitrogen and Phosphorus in wastewater treatment.As one of main techniques to eliminate Nitrogen and Phosphorus, A~2/O has a lot of advantages, for example, the effect of A~2/O technique is ideal; the process of treatment is dependable; the cost is low; the operation is easy and so on. Through the research of the mechanism, influential factors and control method of technics of A~2/O technique, this subject is focus on energy conservation and reducing consumption, in the same time, keeping the effect of elimination of Nitrogen and Phosphorus, and then provide applied and valuable experience in management for the treatment of wastewater.The center of this subject is the research and analysis of the proper control of parameters of A~2/O technique and energy conservation and reducing consumption under high efficiency. Firstly, facing the theory of elimination of Nitrogen and Phosphorus and A~2/O technique, it analyzes influential factors. Secondly, counting and analyzing treatment status quo and running data in A~2/O biologic pool and the analysis result of quality of inflow; water in process and outflow, it confirm parameter's control merits, which can meet the demand of elimination of Nitrogen and Phosphorus at the same time, and find out main problems in process of treatment, then discuss solutions.
