In order to find a new and low cost biological technology for sewage treatment, based on summarizing the research achievements about different sewage treatment technology of bio-film and researches about eco-concrete in China and aboard, the paper takes an experimental research on porous concrete eco-film continuous treating municipal Wastewater firstly that hunts after effects of ammonium-nitrogen and phosphorus removal in sewage treated by the eco-film, impact factors and working-points, and take pilot-scale experiment at some sewage treatment plant. The results show that the bio-film treatment equipment possesses some notable characteristics, including high efficiency of ammonium-nitrogen and phosphorus removal, less bio-film developing duration, efficient nitrobacteria multiplication. Simultaneously, the main impact factors of ammonium-nitrogen and phosphorus removal has been received. The former contain water temperature, inflow and circumfluence ratio. The latter include inflow and phosphorus concentration contained in sewage. Working-points of the permeable concrete bio-film treatment system has been obtained as follows: water temperature, inflow, CODcr/NH3-N ratio, NH3-N load, and dissolved oxygen (DO) is 25~30℃, 1.58~1.80 m3·d-1, 4~8, 260~330 g/(m3·d), 0.8~1.2 mg·L-1 respectively. The system that works smoothly at the points is provided with great capabilities of removing contamination, the average removal rate of SS, CODcr, BOD5, NH3-N, TP, being close to 90%, 70%, 70%, 80%, 60% respectively, and the quality of effluent sufficing to the second criterion of the Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal Wastewater treatment plant (GB18918-2002).
