| As an import attractive spot, the famous city Suzhou with its historical culture, is characterized by its water, flourish economy, rich resources and lots of talents. It is one of the crucial center cities in Changjiang Delta. But the water pollution in Suzhou is very disproportional with its image both home and abroad. It is very necessary and urgent to protect the water resources, to treat the water pollution and to improve the water environment.Combined with the real conditions after analyzing the current water environment and investing the causes of the pollution, this thesis has pointed out the main water problems of the present Suzhou, analyzed its causes and offered the possible treatments and countermeasures which should be taken. Main contents are as follows:1. Introduce the water resources the water environment conditions in detail, evaluate water environment present condition in Suzhou scientifically, investigate the pollution sources which cause the water polluted, and predict the trend of the changes of water environment.2. Point out existent problem of water environment in Suzhou week the reasons result in these problem, aiming at the actual conditions of Suzhou, establish the target and the thinking way for the water treatment.3. The concrete measures to treat water environment mainly include: Firstly, strengthen a programming sound legal system, enhance publicity. Secondly, strictly control the pollution source in industry, agriculture, life, and shipping. Thirdly, speed up the construction of the treatment program mainly to set up the sewage treatment facilities and strengthen the river way treatment, enlarge the changeover of water and the ecologic repair of water. Fourthly, strengthen the management of water resources; diminish the pollution by the strict water-out institutions, the quality inspection and the raise of the charge standard. Fifthly, advocate people to be frugal towards the water utilization to establish a water conservation society. |
