Skin Rolling is the last process in the IF-steel produce.it's effect on the cost of steel-making ,hot rolling, cold rolling and annealing. At the same time the higher skin rolling will make down the quality of the steels, even come forth to waster, for the above ,this text has done follow two aspect work.1. Through the proof strain uniaxial tensile test ,the paper imitates the rolling process of IF Steel Sheet, and gets the relationship between flat force and mechanical property. It establishes the mathematics model of flat force and thickness strain . then make use of certain the Class pulls to stretch lengthways a thickness for bringing reduces thin come to get does the thick distortion, and also is to use to pull to stretch lengthways to get the thickness reduce thin, according to constant principle in physical volume, calculation a thickness adapts to changes, computing with the neat contact area relation of the steel plate a size for imitating the neat dint according to the neat rolls that the mathematics model income of the neat rolling system out again, from but draw to lift a hand to learn the function adapts to changes with rolling system to relate to the curve, then got the different and neat pressing down the deal to should of even accept defeat the strength the value behind, can accept defeat after seeing even the strength present to lower obviously, and, easy from find out inside most house of neat should dint, used for knowing actual production. For the higher skin rolling makes to waster is not solved, to put forward new process (removing stress annealing) after skin rolling for improving the bad property throw the removing stress annealing.Three removing stress annealing technics been come into use on the IF3 and AIF340 in ANGANG production. The sample's property of before skin rolling and after skin rolling has been tested, metal phase structure is observed and texture is analyzing. the result shows as follow:1) The higher skin rolling will get bad on the steel's drawing property;2) The property will get better through the removing stress annealing at 350℃;3) The property will get bad through the removing stress annealing at 550℃.
