Nonylphenol ethoxylates (NP9EO) is a nonionic surfactant that's character is steady and is widely used in the world.After used,NP9EO is let out into nature,and NP that is it's main biogegradation has the characters of difficult to biodegrade,polyacrylic resin and bioaccumulateion.It shows the estrogenic activities to the organism and it has been proved Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs).At present,the research of the biodegradation of NP9EO is primary on aerobic condition.And that is less on anaerobic or anoxic condition.At laboratory, the primary biodegradation of NP9EO in anaerobic or anoxic condition was done. The performance and mechanism of biodegradation for NP9EO was studied under three reductive conditions such as methanogenesis,denitrification and desulfuration.The results showed that:the biodegradation rate of NP9EO was above 95% . The main mid biodegradation were NP1EO,NP2EO and a little of NP in the condition of methanogenesis;the main mid biodegradation were NP and quite little NP1EO in the condition of denitrification;the main mid biodegradation contains a little of NP and there were no NP1EO and NP2EO in the condition of desulfuration.At the same time,the different influencing factors such as temperature,cometabolice ground substances and the concentration of NP9EO were...
