| Magnesium alloys are more widely used. The number of magnesium alloy products which have been out of use will become more. Speeding up researching and developing a technology to recycle magnesium alloy products is very meaningful in reducing the environment pollution, saving energy, decreasing product cost, and making product lifetime longer. This paper mainly researched a recycling technology for magnesium alloy products and the performance of its refusion. The main work and results are as followings.By comparing several technologies of stripping the coating of magnesium alloy products, a optimium process was gained .The technical parameters of the process were analysied and optimized. Compared with other technologies, this process added the course of rabbling. The process improved the stripping effect for the coating of the magnesium alloy, reduced the addition amount of NaOH, saved the cost and shortened the stripping time by 30 minutes.The mechanics performance, chemical elements, and corrosion-resistant were tested for the refusioned products which are made from the recycling materials of stripping paint layer. Then the technology was further improved .The corrosion resistance of AZ91D samples which were stripped before remelted is 71.81% better than that of direct-remelted AZ91D samples. |
