Using the method"finding the exceptional factors , taking corrective action , guaranteeing to clear up all the exceptional factors ,accepting the corrective action into the operation standard"to improve the process capability and keep the stability. So that we can improve the quality of product and reduce the cost and increase ,then make the rivalrousness of enterprise increasing.Depending on the SPC method to analyze the quality of container assembly line of company X, finding the problems source and taking corrective action, to make the quality of container assembly line of company X reach a high level. Offering a good pattern for innovation of container assembly line in domestic enterprise.
