Scale inhibitor has been more and more wide application in processing of industry circulation water. The evaluating technology is the key to promote scale inhibitor'performance, however, it couldn't adapt present need for the deficiency of the chemical industry standard HG/T 2160-1991 --drums bubble law and it's evaluating equipment, based on the method of conductance brought forward in last century, research on the evaluating method for scale inhibitor has been done in the paper.On the basis of looking up large amount of home and abroad documents, and the principle of conduct metric titration, the author develops a new integrated intelligent device for evaluating the scale inhibitor efficiency rapidly based of the conduct metric titration of the foreign invention in last century. A kind of real-time algorithm software calculating the inflection point of curve about conductivity and volumetric solution had programmed according to creating mathematic model of process of titrationMain works in the thesis is as follows:(1) A integration device based microcomputer has been developed through the integration of hardware and software, which bring about automatic evaluation of the scale inhibitor efficiency.(2) A kind of real-time algorithm software calculating the inflection point of curve about conductivity and volumetric solution had programmed according to creating mathematic model of process of titration. Resolution of titration and position accuracy of inflection point had been improved by integration of hardware and software, which has improved titration accuracy (or the resolution ratio) and has swindled location's to ascertain accuracy.(3) High-sensitivity and high precision semiconductor temperature transducer and warm-up stick , and diminishes hot heater inertia ,and may will determine pool temperature fluctuation extent under the control of within +0.2℃by specifically for being a device's turn to have worked out constant temperature control algorithm; It's features are high accuracy, good repeatability, quick-evaluate and easy-operate, etc, which meets the enterprise's needs for evaluating the scale inhibitor efficiency. (This instrument has obtained the patent).
