Daqing district because of oil contaminated water, municipal water and oil-field surface flowing doing not get a valid control result in the lake water be subjected to the oil pollution, the water quality is worse. This paper considered the weather,soil of this district and oil contaminated water characteristics, applied subsurface constructed wetland, choosed media and plant, studied on the spot experiment system under different work condition remove the pollutant and its influence factor and oil pollutant removal mechanism etc. These for improving to lake water environment in Daqing and cold regional ecosystem engineering construction have the important applied value and science meaning. The thesis mainly studied the contents and result as follows:(1) The utilizing included a tiny view characteristic of material, the mineral component, adsorption, microorganism accrete to media, price etc. factors of the media performance evaluation method, choosing the system media, the static adsorption ability of oil pollutant:slag>ceramisite >brick>soil>zeolite>gravel>scree, the dynamic imitate system removal oil pollutant as:the slag bed>the gravel bed> the soil bed>the the bottom lake mire polluted bed, the spot places in the water body of the microorganism and oil-degrading bacteria accrete to media surface amount: brick>zeolite>gravel, ceramisite and slag>scree; The most function excellent had the gravel, slag, the brick and zeolite;(2) The ravel bed,the gravel reed bed,the slag reed bed,the slag bed and the mixed media bed were built in the spot, review on five different stage including start up period,add microorganism,add slow releasing carbon sources,low temperature period and general operation period system removal, five unit average oil removal efficiency are 24.7%,28.4%,45.9%,42.9% and 35.2%,TN average removal are 15%,16%,12%,16% and 24%; Add microorganism and slow releasing carbon sources could raise the oil pollutant and TN removal; Using slag construct the unit show remarkable surpass to the gravel construct unit;(3) The spot experiment system had cold-adapted microorganism, separation 4 kinds cold-adapted microorganism from the media surface, they can grow under 10℃condition, cause death above 35℃, the temperature fit scope are wide and can survive and will not be eliminate in the summer;(4) The system through adsorption removal of oil share 70% of removal the quantity or so, each unit through adsorption removal oil share of removal the quantity didn't show the remarkable difference (p<0.05); the plant bed and the media bed also didn't show the remarkable difference, indicated the system operation period the plant had not show remarkable promote function to oil pollutant removal.
