The technology of numerical control simulation is a powerful tool which can test the reliability of NC program,forcast the process of the machine.The technology of numerical control simulation which is the necessary function of advantaged NC system have very important application value.This text expressed the background of the design and the content of the system,and described the system's fuction of requirement's management from the requirement elicitation and requirement analysis.found the main problem of system which should deal with.During with the stage of system design,we designed the skeleton of technology and function.then showed the Class diagram and dynamic structural diagram.Finally,we analised and described some main problems during the system realization.The text related to the following problems:1 This system belongs to the NC system.it realized the geometry simulation of machining process based the NC code which can control the geometry model of NC machine.The simulation of functions included invirtual movement contorl module refers to coordinate establishment, linear interpolation, spindle-speed adjustment, feed-rate adjustment, parameter-display and other control functions in manipulationb oard.NC function simulation is an improvement process from simple movement to complicated movement specified by virtual NC module.2 In the part of collide detection, we provide the algorithm of basal cube segmentation collision detection based on multi-view to be dead against the disfigurements of Java3D collision detection algorithm such as miscarriage of justice and too much error. This algorithm detects the collision of objects at the same time through three visual views of front, top, right. And the algorithm of dynamic octree is used to detect the collision in each visual view. So the accurate collision detection is realized in the virtual machining system based on Java3D.
