This article takes the roll-cutting machine's vibration analysis applying to the tube as the research topic, in view of the cutting tool's destruction and slight vibration situation at the high speed time which appears in the production experiment process, revolves to the roll-cutting machine's vibration question to launch the discussion, the purpose is to find the vibration rule of the system, avoid and solve the cutting tool's destruction and the cutting quality's drop which causes because of the nuisance vibration.The vibrations of the revolved machine have two kinds of situations: one kind is transverse resonate, mainly caused by the rotor mass'imbalance; another kind is the reverse resonate. This article mainly studies the first kind of situation, namely the roll-cutting machine system's transverse vibration. According the roll-cutting machine's principle of work and the structure feature, has carried on the suitable simplification to the system, established the roll-cutting system transverse vibration mechanics model. Had considered the bearing's supporting elasticity, had determined the equivalent stiffness, had calculated the system's equivalent mass with the kinetic energy. According to mechanics model's characteristic, has established the system movement differential equation with the flexibility method of correlates. Using the modal analysis method, with the canonical coordinates and the canonical transform made the differential equation free from coupling, has worked out the MATLAB programs, has calculated the system natural frequency and first mode shape, solved the imbalanced dynamic response which causes by the rotor mass bias, separately solved the imbalanced dynamic response of the system when not to had the damping and had the damping, has drawn up the response diagram of curves, discussed the rotor mass bias moment and the system damping ratio to the system dynamic response influence rule. Inaddition, discussed the belt transmission transverse vibration, solved the influence to the main axle oscillation amplitude because belt wheel's mass bias causes dynamic force.This article in the mathematical computation and in the theoretical analysis foundation, has analyzed synthetically the system vibration reason, will avoid and solve the roll- cutting machine's vibration question, and lay the rationale.
