| The shape is one of the important quality index of the strip, which is more important to the quality in producing super lamella metal and foil material (such as the colored soft metals including Copper and Aluminum etc). So the measuring and controlling of shape indicates a key technology in the complete set of the precise strip rolling. But the shape measuring is the precondition for actualizing the shape automation. So the text that study the pneumatic shape meter have practical meaning.The text bases on the pneumatic shape meter developed by the Prof. Sun Xuguang. It designs an equipment for improving the precision of the pneumatic shape measuring roller. It also develops a set of an experiment software for measuring shape including the manifestation, correction of the measuring roller of zero load press, the measure, show of the shape online, pattern recognition of the shape etc.We study the position-press curve of the roller at static state with load and dynamic state circumrotation process through a lot of experiments. Then find the press distribution along the circumference direction. We put forward a dynamic reflecting phase revision method. Many experiments testify that the method is effective in the press correction process. It offers guarantee that the measuring roller can accurately reflect the real shape.It comes to light that the machine of the rolling mill control the different type shape objection. But the data from the shape meter is a general objection. So it doesn't directly apply to the control system. Only through appropriate method to carry on the mode decomposition, pick up the control variable of each loop of the control system, we can obtain the aim to control the shape. Hence, the pattern recognition of the real shape is the key tache in this text. We adopt the fuzzy recognition to decompose the shape, then optimize the decomposedcoefficient. The fuzzy recognition arithmetic is simple. It is easy to extend to the practice. So fuzzy recognition is a potential shape recognition method.With the 300 four-roller rolling mill for experimental equipment, we apply the shape meter system to the practical experiment. We accumulate a lot of data through the experiment. They testify that the shape meter system is feasible. It has main means to ulteriorly extend pneumatic shape meter into the practice to exert function. |
