Cylinder, beam and frame which take on the main loads are key components of hydraulic press. They are commonly abated owing to irrational design, manufacture and operation, which bring momentous damage.Based on technical parameters and request for technics of 20 MN quick forging hydraulic press, according as hydraulic press design theory and design experience of quick forging hydraulic press, the dissertation has confirmed the prime plan of structure of cylinder, beam and frame. The plan defines that the cylinder is supported by bottom, and that beam and frame are cast steel structure. On this basis, large-scale finite element software ANSYS has been used to calculate the three-dimensional finite element to key components.At first, the dissertation has checked the rigidity and intensity of components parts, so as to ensure that can meet the rigidity and capability of non-central load of quick forging hydraulic press. Secondly, stress and deformation analysis are applied on the sensitive region, including the bottom of cylinder, the main direction of beam and components of frame. And last, an improvement of the bottom of cylinder is given, which is proved rational and manipulable after analysis.The three-dimension design software Pro/E has been adopted to build models and the finite element models are built after rational predigestion. Through much analysis, the dissertation ensure structure of cylinder, beam and frame rational and manipulable, which provide reliable basis for design, manufacture and operation of 20 MN quick forging hydraulic press.
