The fuel-ethanol is important energy sources in the world as energy sources and environment with latency crisis. All or part the gasoline is replaced by fuel-ethanol will be imperative under the situation for driving motor vehicles and farming machines in China.Cellulose is the most abundant and broad organic material in the earth. Not only the kind of precious resource is not made full use but also most of them are abandoned and then became one of the pollution matters of the environment. After the enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulosic materials, the available reducing sugar could be used in the production of ethanol; it was promising in the comprehensive utilization of the residue acid the control of the pollutant.In this experiment cellulase production was carried out by solid state fermentation with Trichoderma. Reesei LM36.The material was corn straw which is not only affluent but also cheep. The effects of wheat bran and corn stalk ratio, water content ratio, initial pH of medium. temperature, time on cellulase synthesis were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions of producing cellulase were: under the above conditions of wheat.bran and corn stalk ratio was 70:10; water content ratio was 1:1, through the analysis of factors and levels of orthogonal experiment, the temperature was 30℃, the initial pH was 6.0 and grown 7d the activities of FPase in the fermented was 92.32U/ml, the activities of CMCase in the fermented was 112.3 U/ml.We introduced solid state medium COz circulation Gas Stripping Ethanol Fermentation-GSEF. Because the distillers'grains produced in this technology is solid state substrate with lower moisture, the distillers'grains could be directly dried for producing feedstuff. As it don't let waste material ,the technology is intituled cleanness process. This research determined the technology conditions and microbes for need by technology process. The research results are as follows:the yeasts was studied for solid state substrate technology and the yeast SC15 for adaptting to SSF was screened, SC15 ferments well in high acid and high temperature condition. SC15' mostly performances and charactersis :The furthest pH4.2,the most ethanol fermentation capability:158.6g/L, thefurthest fermentation temperature: 30.0℃, the SC15 was determined to be Saccharomyces cerevisiae。The solid state substrate starchiness material fermentation ethanol technology optimization condition saccharogenic enzyme quantity: 200U/g. fermentation temperature: 30.0℃fermentation time :7d, starch concentration :21%,solid state substrate moisture:50%.In corn produce alcohol processing, establish corn pretrcatment and SSF conditions. Filtrate and take boiling washed alkali liquor, and drying to constant weight in;takeperpendicularity elimental method established optimum SSF process condition, namely is ferment temperature 30.0℃, ferment time 7 days, pH6.0 and cellulase concentration 200U/g, alcohol concentration to 7.6%.
