| With these characteristics: fine ductility, well corrosion resistance, high melting point and quality plasticity and so on, vanadium has been used extensively. Vanadium resource mainly exists in stone coal in China. It's an important development direction to extract vanadium in stone coal. The high-carbon stone coal in Shaanxi province has been studed and a new technology of the extraction vanadium from the high-carbon stone coal was put forward after theoretical analyses and experimental. It took a sample for the practical application and the theory instruction significance of vanadium.It proposed a new technology to use compound additives for the extraction in addiction to the mineralogical analysis and various factors in the process of roasting and leaching. In this paper, ultrasonic wave was used in the process of leaching and made the process more intense. The better technological parameters of every stage as follows:(1)Decarburization roasting parameters: undressed ore rubbing granularity -0.074mm 70%, roasting temperature 850°C, roasting time 120min, aperture width 20mm(stirring). After this process, carbon content was about 8%.(2)Compound additive roasting parameters: decarburization bakes granularity -0.074 mm80%, roasting time 120min, roasting temperature 900°C, the compound additives ratio between calcium oxide and sodium chloride 1:4, amount 10% of decarbonization bakes weight. Baking conversion rate reached about 80%.(3)Calcium oxide - sodium chloride bakes and sodium carbonate leaching parameters: the calcium oxide - sodium chloride bakes granularity: -0.074mm85%, leaching time 180min, lixivium solid ratio 2:1, stirring speed: 300r/min, amount of sodium carbonate: 8%, leaching temperature: 75°C, the leaching rate could reach 75% above.(4)Ultrasonic wave strengthening leaching: ultrasonic response time 180min, the leaching rate reached 75.27%.
