In this dissertation, with the conditions and development of catalyst for reducing naphtha olefins in FCC condition, the reaction principle was discussed. The catalyst Focused on enhancing the hydrogen transfer activity of catalyst was developed.The results of a commercial trial for LBO-12 in FCCU showed that the catalyst could reduce the olefin content of FCC naphtha without any loss of gasoline octane number. The catalyst also exhibited promising performance of hydrothermal stability and heavy-metal tolerance.
