Based upon the reviews related to the raw materials, productive methods, applying development of powdered acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, the importance and essentiality of exploitation and production of a new modified pre-crosslinking PDN214 were pointed out in this thesis. In exploitation and production of a new modified pre-crosslinking PDN214, main research contents were as follows.1. Through the study of initiating system, activator system, modifier and crosslinker influencing polymerization reaction, we determined the optimum synthetic route and process conditions. That was to adopt middle temperature (25~30°C) emulsion polymerization, use peroxysulfate as initiating agent, use amine as activator, control reaction rate and final conversion rate, use crosslinker for controlling crosslinking degree, we got pre-crosslinking PDN214 special latex.2. Compare with the common method of high temperature controlling polymer gel, adopting middle temperature emulsion polymerization, using multifunctional monomer as crosslinker can control polymer gel content, it is a unique synthetic technology of DN214 Latex.3. Industrial producing test of PDN214 was carried out on 3kt/a powdered rubber plant, based upon the processing conditions exploited and assured by Lanzhou Petro-chemical Company itself in the middle test. Affections on powdered rate by some items were discussed such as ratio of water to latex, temperature of coagulating, speed of stir and difference of centrifugal machine. The result showed that the best processing conditions were that coagulating agent 10~20phr, adhere-resistant 5~10phr, ratio of water to latex was within 6~8:1, stir speed was within 80~100r/min. at coagulating temperature was 45~65°C, by horizontal centrifuge. PDN214 was produced with particle size less than 0.9mm and powdering rate above 96%.4. Adopting the coagulation powdered technology of macromolecule encapsulator and fatty acid compound as co-adhere-resistant, the powdered rate of PDN214 was higher, and the particle size was smaller and more stabilized for store.5. The prepared method of a new modified pre-crosslinking PDN214 about special latex synthesis and coagulation has implemented in industrial plant.
