Pivot Technical Research On Latch-Lok Leveling Equipment Of Jacket

As the development of human civilization, people have recognized the importance of oil and the imminency of the exploitation. So the exploitation of the ocean oil has come into a new period. And more and more jacket will be installed in our un-deepwater.Leveling equipment is a special tool which is used in jacket installation. Now the overseas leveling equipments have the monopolization place. Our country must develop the jacket leveling equipment which is our own property. So the study and design of latch-lok leveling equipment have more important sense.Firstly, the the process of jacket installation has been introduced in the paper. The working process and environment of latch-lok leveling equipment have been analized detailedly and the detail request used in design has been put forward.Secondly, detail structure analysis has been completed in the paper. The detailed structure of latch-lok leveling equipment has been designed, and the 3D model has been completed too. The material selection of the spare parts has alse beeb carried on.Thirdly, the detailed calculation and design of hydraulic pressure system is completed, including the oil urn design and calculation, the design of hydrautic pressure loop and also brings forward the size request and the technical parameter of the various primary devices of hydraulic pressure system.Finally, using the kinematics simulatoion software ADAMS, the kinematics simulatoion of the Latch system is completed. The results provide that the structure of leveling equipment is rational. The paper also uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to check the strength of each spare part which is important of leveling equipment. The results confirm that the structure and the size of leveling equipment are reliable and rational.The research and design of latch-lok leveling equipment make a new long-term outlook and important meaning of offshore jacket platform installation.
