Nowadays, the treatment of dyeing wastewater was taken more and more attentions forboth its poor biodegrading performance and effluence pollution. Many studiers were aimingto the developing of higher rate treatment for the dyeing wastewater with lower costing.In this work, the programming, such as process, running and so on, for thereconstructing of the wastewater treatment plant at Huang-qiao dyeing industry areas wasdone and optimized, form which some developing ideas were expecting to advanced thewastewater treatment.First of all, summary to the technology and processes of the dyeing wastewatertreatment were conducted systemically. Apart from that, the quality and quantity ofwastewater was investigated separately connecting to every producer at the industry areas.The performance and structure of old wastewater treatment plant also was studied. Basedon the investigating, the units' volume shortage of the treatment system and somebadly unit function limited the best running of wastewater treatment plant. As the results, itwas important to both volume and de-function system.According to that, a process was put forward. Deferent pretreatment were designed forthe corresponding wastewater, followed the pretreatment, mixed wastewater was treated bysedimentation and biodragatation (SBR). In the paper, the reconstructing practice and thepractice running was introduced, which would do the best to the development of dyeingwastewater treatment.
