Supramolecular chemistry research object is a kind of aggregate that is complicated, orderly, And also has a special function under the condition of noncoral bond weak nutual effort jointing ,it's a kind of chemistry research supramolecular or supramolecular chemistry 's properties and application. nowadays supramolecular chemistry or host-guest chemistry has become one of the hot fields of chemical research . Due to their special structure, cucurbit[n]urils are becoming a series new hosts after crown ether, cyclodextrin and calixarene, and are one of the important investigation of the supramolecular chemistry.In the first party of the text, The interaction structures and optical properties of host-guest of cucurbit[n=6-8]urils with quinoline(q1'), isoquinoline(q2') and 7-methyl-quinoline (q3') have been investigated by using ~1H NMR technique, fluorescence spectrophotometry and ultraviolet spectrophotometry . The experimental results reveal that cucurbit[6]uril (Q[6]) can interact with guest salt of q1',q2',q3' with a ratio of 1:2; however, cucurbit[7]uril (Q[7] ) can interact with all three guest salts of quionline(q1'),isoquinoline(q2')and7-methyl-quinoline(q3') with the same of ratio of 1:1; cucurbit[8]uril (Q[8]) , except with q3' with a ratio of 1:1 , can also interact with q1' and q2' with a ratio of 1:2.In the second party of the text, The interaction structure and optical proterties of host-guest of cucurbit[n=6-8]urils with 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-dipyridine (44'), 5,5'-dimethyl-2,2'-dipyridine (55') and 6,6'-dimethyl-2,2'-dipyridine(66') have been investgigated by the same ways. The experimental results reveal that cucurbit[6]uril (Q[6]) can only interact with guest salt of 5,5'-dimethyl-2,2'-dipyrididne (55') with a ratio of 1:1;however,cucurbit[7]uril (Q[7]) expect with 44' with two ratio of 1:2 and 1:1, can also interact with 55' and 66' with a ratio of 1:1, and cucurbit[8]uril (Q[8]) can interact with all three guest salts of 44', 55' and 66' with the same of ratio of 1:2.It is explained that the interaction between cucurbit[n]uril and guest is not only size effect,hydrophobic effect,portal effect, but also the role of other forms. For example :Q[6] interact with iron.The result shows that metal aquacomplex exist between the potals of cucurbit[6]uril forming hydrogen bonds by the carbonyl groups and transition metal ion irregulasly scattered in Q[8] crystal, depending on the electrostatic attraction, and so on.
