Recently , people took a great attention to the effects of hormones which was lied in the healthy food .Especially ,the materials of the healthy food which were polluted by the manmade- hormones affected people's healthy .The animals were fed with manmade- hormones by the people .some hormones came from the animals themselves. All the different hormones could make food poisoning and other effects to the people ,it make consumer scare .So the governments of different countries and the international organizations attach important to the polluted problems which were caused by the hormones .An efficient method for analyzing the sexual hormones of 17β-estradiol and testosterone proprionate that were dissociated in healthy food based on cherry vale duck embryo by high performance liquid chromatography was developed. Sexual hormones ( such as 17β-estradiol and testosterone proprionate)were extracted from homogenized sample with methanol, and then analyzed by HPLC. The line arrange of the method was 0.05-3.5μg/mL, the standard curve linearity relation was fine. The linear equation of 17β-estradiol was y=2278.8x+31.46, with correlation coefficient 0.9999. The linear equation of testosterone proprionate was y=925.32x-14.812, with correlation coefficient 0.9996. The limits of detection, 17β-estradiol was 2.7ng/g and testosterone proprionate was 3.4ng/g. The average recoveries ranged from 89.1%~94.6%. The relative standard deviation was smaller than 2.3%. Above all, this method was convenient and rapid with the fairly good coefficient of recovery and accurate degree. So, it was suitable to analyze the sexual hormones that were dissociated in healthy food based on embryo.An efficient method for analyzing residual sex hormones of diethylstilbestrol and testosterone proprionate in cherry vale duck embryo, by resversed–phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed. Sexual hormones were extracted from homogenized sample with methanol, and then analyzed by HPLC. The line arrange of the method was 0.05-3.5μg/mL, the standard curve linearity relation is fine . The return equation of diethylstilbestrol is y=414012x+5728.5 , with correlation coefficient is 0.9996, The return equation of testosterone proprionate is y=237175x+923.51,with correlation coefficient is 0.9996.The limits of detection , diethylstilbestrol was 2.1ng, testosterone proprionate was 3.2ng . The average recoveries ranged from 89.7%~92.8%,The relative standard deviations was smaller than 1.9%. That method operation was simple and convenient rapid, with the fairly good coefficient of recovery and accurate degree. It was suitable to the large amount of checking embryo kind health-care food sexual hormones.We used the method of RIA to analyze ten kinds of hormones which were in the blood serum of embryo.In order to understand taking the cherry valley SM3 duck embryo egg as in the raw material health foods the hormone function, as well as discussed in this health foods the hormone to lay the foundation to the human body health influence.
