By FEM analysis software ANSYS and dynamic character experiment, this paper studies dynamical character and sawing performance of diamond saw blade for side wear prevention and saw blade with different segment.Firstly, adopted ANSYS statics and mode anlysis, maximum stress and strain, first and third main stress and maximum stress distribution erea of diamond saw blade for side wear prevention have been studied. Comparing with conventional saw blade, optimization parameters of segment extend structure has been researched. 2000 8000Hz mode of saw blades has been discussed by comparing nature frequency and amplitude in same order of saw blade for side wear prevention and conventional saw blade, then rational sturcture paramters and parameters combination for vibration and noise reduction are achieved. Result shows saw blades for side wear prevention have lesser amplitude and strain than conventional saw blade for extend segment existance.Secondly, nature frequency, amplitude and DMX in same order of saw blade with different segment are investigated. Calculating heat stess in heat steady-state by indirect method of ANSYS, vibration and noise reduction effect between saw blade with different segment and conventional sawblade is compared by temperature distribution, heat stress and heat strain. Result shows different segments distroy impact period and ruduce probability of sympathetic vibration. Saw blade with different segment has less nature frequency in every order, its average temperature ruduces 44.5%, and its main stress and strain decline obviously. Generally speaking, one-wide-two-narrow (I1k2z) has best performance in all sawblade structures.Dynamic character experiment is designed to investigate sawing force, acoustic emission signal, vibration and noise of saw blade with different segment during sawing process by altering sawblade type, workpiece material, depth of cut, feed speed and cutting speed, and it is clear that the relationship between them. Result shows general performance of saw blades with different segment is better than conventional sawblade, in which I1k2z is best, I1k1z is later and Ilk3z is worst. AErms analysis explains cutting thickness of single diamond in saw blade reduces with cutting speed increases, while it rises with feed speed and depth of cut increases, which is interpreted that power to break up concrete of diamond grit has increased . Vc = 16m/s and Vf = 700mm/min are commendatory sawing parameters for improving process efficiency and sawing performance.
