Biological fermentation has got broad application in modern industry,it is one of the most influence high and new technology in thisi century. The main body of a book is aimed at the autocontrol of the parameters from the bioreactor. With the subsidize of the Jiangsu province natural science fund,based on the ANN inverse system method, the bioreactor controlled by the distributed control system was studied. First,we analyzed the ANN inverse system,then constructed its concrete structure method , step , design philosophy and matters needing attention. The inverse system of the biological fermentation was constructed through the ANN inverse system method,then compouned with the origin system.after that the object was equalized into standard linear transfer function system. then pseudo-linear sytem is designed to close-loop controller. so the high-performance control of the biological fermentation was implemented.We adopted computer distributed control system to satisfy the modern industry need.the various parameters of the bioreactor were autocontroiled by the RS485 field bus communication. The whole system includes sensors, field instrumetns,down-MCU,up-MCU,communication interface and executor and so on.The field bus communication,data acquisition,Matlab training,ANN inverse system method and so on were settled in the implement of the distributed control system. A mass of experiment was carryed throughed. The experiments demonstrated that Stability under the control of between productivity and feed base material thickness were implemented completely by the ANN inverse system method,the static and the dynamic characteristic of the system were improved in evidence. System may have an effect to track the arbitrarily given trajectory. The ANN inverse system method proposed in this paper was used in the distributed control system to pushed forward studies the conversion applying to the project from theory. , and the development prospect is fine.
