This paper adopt floatation polymeric method, using triadimefon as templatemolecular, methylbenzene as solvent, MAA as function monomer, EDMA as crosslinker, polyvinyl alcohol as dispersant agent, zaodiisobutyronitrile as ignition primer, andcomposite triadimefon molecular imprinted polymers, prepare SPE pole with thepolymers, and made evaluation on its application performance. The main experimentresults are as follows:The results of substrate select experiments show that the triadimefon MIPs havespecific combination characteristic compared with fungicides of familiar structure suchas diniconazole, propiconazole and myclobutanil, and have much lower combinationcharacteristic with fungicides of unfamiliar structure such as ditalimfos。The Scatchardanalysis results show that the triadimefon MIPs have two adsorption locus. Implemetingmulti-point combination calculation model, the parameters of the two adsorption locusare calculated as follows: dissociation constant KD1=2.1460μmol·L-1, max apparent bonddosage Qmax1=466.76μmol·g-1; dissociation constant KD2=0.3928μmol·L-1, maxapparent bond dosage Qmax2=479.18μmol·g-1。Using the self-made MIPs as fillers to prepare the solid phase extraction column, theapplication characteristic evaluation were made. The experiment results display that thepenetrate volume of water is low and the recovery of target pesticides is about 50%because water is polar solvent. On the contrary, nonpolar solvent n-haxane has largepenetrate volume and the recovery of target pesticides is about 1%.In the fungicide residue analysis of cucumber, the recovery rate of the four fungicidesare between 73.97% and 99.9%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) are between6.68% and 16.98%; In the analysis of cabbage, the recovery rate of the four fungicidesare between 72.37% and 100.83%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) are between5.08% and 17.14%; The results is quite good, satisfying the demand of pesticide residueanalysis.The experiment results also show that the characteristics of MISPE columns are stableenough for repetitive use. In five sequent uses, the recovery rate of triadimefon is 98.9%for the first, and still 87.7% for the fifth.In conclusion, MISPE is a very effective pre-procession method with quite wideapplication prospect. |
