Reasearch On Environmental Feasibility Of The Living Waste Landfill Plant In Tongliang County

Tongliang country is a newly developing industry city of Chongqing. currently available garbage dumping field is threatening ecological environment because city infrastructure drop behind the development of economy. This article survey and research present status of national and international garbage deposal way and relative law .And this article analyze the deposal feasibility of garbage according to the nature,economy technology and characteristic of garbage, and the conclusion is as following:sanitation landfill is adopted for The deposal of garbage in Tongliang. Landfill is that garbage is dumped into dent area which take measures, such as laying down impermeable layer, covering clay soil and fitting airway, to alleviate the problem to environment and security. Chenjiagou will be the optimal site which is 10.5KM far from Bachuan .Landfill is subfielded to dump garbage. General allocation The landfill is divided three parts which include dumping area,percolating plant and service area. Some systems will be built, including percolating liquid system and waste gas system, which minimize the output of percolating liquid and waste gas.This article obtains the countermeasures, such as maintaining the establishment for percolating liquid,building emergency tank,burning waste gas and building garbage dam, by analyzing selected sites,treatment plan,deposal technology and other venture, which reduce environment venture of building sanitation landfill.
