Owing to the unique biological activities of pyrimidine compounds, people in medicine and agrochemical attaching great importance to research and development this serial compounds. In the recent year, more and more pyrimidine compounds have been used as agrochemical. For example, pyrimidine sulfonylureas, pyrimidine salicylic acid and triazolopyrimidine sulfonamides are used as herbicides. Herbicides containing pyrimidine heterocycle have not only unique action of their own, but also high bioactivity. Oxime ethers are very important active compounds, and many of them are used as insecticide, fungicide, herbicide and so on. Further more, oxime ethers group is often used in new pesticide discovery because of their high biological activities and their low toxicity, short residual time.In this paper, twenty oxime ethers compounds (I_a-I_t) were synthesized by reactive substructure linkage theory with inducting alkoxy or sulfur alkyl to benzaldoxime, then attaching benzaldoxime to strobilurin toxophore. Twelve pyrimidine ethers derivatives (II_a-II_l) were designed and synthesized by ways of random synthesis and analogue synthesis. And spectrum properties, bioactivities, quantitative structure-activity relationship were studied meanwhile. What the paper studied may be summarized asfollows:1. Two series of oxime ethers with insecticide or fungicide activity and pyrimidines with herbicide activity are summarized in the paper, and the relationship between the structure and activity is summarized too.2. All compounds were charactering by ~1H NMR, LC/MS techniques. According to their structures, they can be divided into two series as fellows:I_a-I_t: the strobilurin containing oxime-ether frame. (20)II_a-II_l: the pyrimidin-2-ylox salicylic acid phenyl ester compounds. (12)3. 1, 4-dioxane is used as solvent in synthesize of pyrimidin-2-yloxy salicylic acid p ester derivative4. Insecticidal, fungicidal, herbicidal activities of the synthesized compounds were assayed. And bioassay results indicate that some title compounds showed obvious bioactivity, e.g. I_f, I_g, I_q, I_s showed 100% insecticidal activity against Aphis fabae at 500 mg/L. I_a, I_o, I_q, I_s show above 90% fungicidal activity against Pyricularia oryzae at 25 mg/L. I_a, I_o, I_q, I_s show above 90% fungicidal activity against Erysiphe graminis at 500 mg/L. II_b, II_e, II_h caulis the leaf spray against Abutilon theophrasti Medic, Amaranthus ascedense, Chenopodium album, Echinochloa crus-galli, Setaria viridis to kill all attains above 90% herbicidal activity at 2250 g.a.i./ha.
