Nanometer materials have excellent properties and amplitude applied foreground, which are called new material of the new century and have attracted attention in science field and enterprise field. With the appearance of nanometer material, thin film technology have developed quickly, then the study of nanometer thin film have became new focus in the thin film field. Up to now, the study of film have turned from single nanometer thin film into nanometer multiple thin film, bring various prepared technics, and develop towards composite of multi-technology and multiplex of chemic element and so on.Nanometer coating of the different materials is prepared on substrates by dip-coating.The effect of thermal radiation properties of nanometer coating is studied though the thickness of substrates and pvb, as well as thermal radiation properties of different nanometer coating. The result shows that thermal radiation properties of 1.2mm prefer to other two substrates; The effect of pvb is very little on thermal radiation properties of nanometer coating, the thermal radiation properties of TiO2 nanometer coating is prefer to the others. The absorption of substrates and TiO2 nanometer coating were analyzed by Blackbody Equipment and Infrared Spectroscopy in the infrared wave band. The result shows that glass has a well infrared absorption within the wavenumber range of 2000cm-1—800cm-1; TiO2 nanometer coating has a well infrared absorption within the wavenumber range of 3800cm-1—2400cm-1.TiO2/SiO2 nanomultilayers were prepared on glass substrates with magnetron sputtering. The thickness and refractive index of the thin films were measured by the ellipsometer; the thermal radiation properties of multilayers were tested by blackbody equipment, the absorption of multilayers at infrared wave band were analyzed by Infrared Spectroscopy. The result shows thickness of multilayers is 2μ, refractive index is 1.20. Blackbody Radiation Experiment shows that TiO2/SiO2 nanomultilayers have a well infrared absorption within the wavelength range of 800nm to 1600nm, and the absorption coefficient increases as the temperature rises. Infrared Spectroscopy shows that TiO2/SiO2 nanomultilayers have a well infrared absorption within the wavenumber range of 2300cm-1—2900cm-1, which will have some help for apply of the TiO2/SiO2 nanomultilayer.
