However, people only pay great attention to short-term economic benefit, neglect ecological value and social value of the wetland, destroy wetland's ecological environment, finally caused harm on service function of wetland's ecosystem, leaded to the wetland'ecosystem to provide welfare for people decreasingly, directly threatened the ecological foundation of human sustainable development.This article through investigation in Bosten Lake wetland, applies theory and method of resource economics and ecological economics, according to the characteristic of Bosten Lake, makes currency evaluation for its wetland's ecological service function value. The total value of ecosystem service functions in Bosten Lake wetland are material production function, preserving water function, leisure traveling function, service function of atmospheric component adjustment, regulating and storing flood function, degeneration pollution function, protection function of biological habitat, cultural scientific research function, eight items in all, the total value is 7.81585billion yuan/years. From that concludes total ecosystem value of Bosten Lake is plentiful, the significance of protection value is huge.This article embarks from the angle of sustainable development of ecosystem service function, proposes the sustainable development overall mentality as follows:" enhance and protect self-control water source service function as foundation and core, take the suitable physical production and the traveling leisure service function as content, display the biological habitat service function, degeneration pollution service function and atmospheric component adjustment function as the long term goal", In addition, illustrates main function of Bosten Lake wetness ecosystem service, such as wetland physical product function, the water environment, the sustainable development of leisure traveling function, and carries on the policies and measures for sustainable development of Bosten Lake wetness ecosystem service,①establish and improve ecological compensation mechanism which is suitable for Bosten Lake wetness sustainable development;②Construct green economic system, realize system innovation of wetland sustainable development;③Dependent on technology advancement, promote wetland ecosystem sustainable development;④Strengthen wetland scientific research, carries out domestic, international exchange and cooperation actively;⑤Establish and improve wetland ecosystem appraisal system;⑥Establish wetland ecosystem warning system;⑦enhances wetland protection consciousness of all people, set up new wetland environmental protection conception. |
