Environment is one of the most noticeable issues in the world. Remote sensing technology shows an obvious predominance to monitor the situation and changes of environment effectively. By means of remote sensing, we can real-timely and conveniently get environment information, and fully realize the development and evolvement of environment, which provides significant reference for land use and environment management.Based on LandSat TM data in 1989, 1996, 1999, 2005 and SPOT-5 data in 2003, this paper mainly studied the environment situation and dynamic changes caused by different mining methods in Panzhihua Vanadium titanomagnetite & Baoding coal mining area in Sichuan Province, and also probed into, by using SPOT-5 data in 2005 and Quickbird data 2006, the geological disaster and environment pollution brought by mine project. At the same time, this article analysized the change trend and gave some advise.The research content includes:(1) Remote sensing digital image processing. Including ortho-rectification, geometrical rectification, multispectral channels composing and image fusion.(2) Man-machine interactive interpretation. Including dynamic changes interpretation in the mine area from 1989 to 2005; the mineral development situation information extraction; environment pollution information extraction and ecosystem restoration and rehabilitation interpretation.(3) GIS database building of the mine area environment. Including database metadata, mineral development database and mine area environment situation database. (4) Draughting thematic map. Such as dynamic changes monitoring map in the mine area, 3D image map, environment pollution distribution map, gelogical disasters distribution map and so on.The conclusion consists:(1) From 1989 to 2005, mineral resource mining occupies forest xxx.90hm~2, lawn xxx.71 hm~2, and plowland xx.61 hm~2; ecological restoration xxx.61 hm~2.(2) In 2006, mineral resource mining takes plowland xxx.16 hm~2, takes forest and lawn xxx.44 hm~2, the mining area ecological restores is xx.85 hm~2; and the landslides 23, the mud-rock flows 8; unpermission development 3.(3)In the BaoDing coal mining area there had been 13 latent landslides, 4 mud-rock flows, 11 cave-ins; the air pollution area by the coking which the massive mist and dust creates is xx.59 hm~2, the water pollution area which the coal washing creates is x.84 hm~2, the dust pollution area caused by ore transporting and piling up is xxx. 17 hm2 and the ecology restores area is x.53hm~2The research shows that exploitation status and dynamic monitoring in mining area. It is practiced to provide not only the scientific reference for sustainable development in thulium mines, but also the work flow and ideas for monitoring other mines effectively and feasibly. |
