| Land-use characters were changed for the construction of the development areas and local ecosystem had been inevitably disturbed. To confirm the rationality of site selection of the development areas in the city, the industrial land-use plans suitability of site selection should be evaluated. Collecting relative information about ecological assessment, the analytic hierarchy-fuzzy judgment method was chose to evaluate the land utilization suitability of industrial development area in this paper. Not only the overlap information or the shortage of the indexes would be efficiently reduced, but also some of fuzzy problems would be easily described quantificationally by applying the analytic hierarchy-fuzzy judgment method. In this paper, Jinghai development area in Tianjin, China was taken as a case study, and the index system for industrial land-use plans suitability analysis including ecological, social and economic factor was set up. By using Delphi method the index was filtrated and the weight value for each index was determined. By the help of the hierarchical analysis and fuzzy general evaluation, the industrial land-use suitability, environmental reasonability and scientificalness were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the classification of land eco-system adaptability of Jinghai development area was 2.39. The site selection of development area was suitable and the evaluation method was feasible. After the evaluation on four subsystems which could affect industrial land-use, potential of sustainable development and existing problems in Jinghai development area were discussed, and some suggestions and measures were proposed for enhancing regional development. The presented method in this paper can be a reference approach for the correlative area, such as plans making and regional environment assessment. It can also be applied for the city planning department and the environment managing department in construction of urban ecology. |
