Study On Regional Response To Ecological Effects Due To Hydro-project

In recent years, with the transformation of water conservancy from the engineering-hydraulic to resources-hydraulic, and end to eco-hydraulic, the function of hydro-project also changes continuously in china. In addition to satisfying the need of the social economic development such as flood control and generating electricity, and shipping, and water supplying etc., the regional ecological consequence and the effect of ecosystem due to the hydro-project have been paid attention to researching, and the protection and restoration of ecology and ecosystem have been also regarded. Studying the regional response to ecological effects due to hydro-project, it has very importance to carry out sustainable development in regional society and economy and the ecosystem, and to carry out sustainable utilization of water resources, and to attain the harmonious target between person and nature.Based on the analysis of the ecosystem structure and function, and of concept and characteristics and research contents of regional response to ecological effects, and of the effect classification, the following contents were researched according to the basic theories about hydrology and ecology and environmental science.Firstly, according to high and low sequence of the creature nourishment Class that create respond to ecological effects, it was divided into 3 response orders such as the first response and the second response and the third response, and it was distinguished from those 3 response orders.Secondly, the system frame of evaluation index and the evaluation model of comprehensive index number of regional response to ecological effects due to hydro-project were established based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).Thirdly, combined with positive effects and negative effects of regional response to ecological effects, it was classed as corresponding 8 layers in order to assess comprehensive response to ecological effects due to hydro-project.Fourthly, take example for Feilaixia hydro-project, the paper makes the analysis and assessment of regional response to ecological effects due to Feilaixia hydro-project, and puts forward countermeasures that ease or remove negative ecological effects.The study result indicates that the regional responses to ecological effects due to the feilaixia hydro-project are positive ecological effects in general, but the positive ecological effects are very weak. Along with the varieties of the weather and the increasing influences of mankind's activity, it will easily cause the emergence of the negative ecological effects, if the management and the operation measures of the engineering not appropriate.
