This paper has mainly introduced the process of researching and designing online-monitoring system of ultra-low frequency of continuous casting mould. On the basis of analyzing domestic and international development trend, we have absorbed some good points of the similar products, regarded the quality of production and security as the basic point, realized the vibration state of on-the-spot ultralow frequency monitoring and analyzing.The thesis comes from a cooperative project which researches and develops the crystallization device vibration detector. Through reading the literature of the respective thesis, finding out the domestic current situation, the level measured in vibration of ultralow frequency is still relatively lower. Because of the real project demanding, some users will put forward higher requirement to this aspect. For example in the metallurgical industrial production, one famous enterprise designs large-scale continuous casting, whose main products share of national ecnomic market about 30-40%, the annual output is up to several hundred million RMB, but the means of the measurement and analysis in its production process is insufficient, the output and quality are influenced much to the production, it may even happen, for example, leak the production incident of steel,etc. So they are eager to improve automatic level of the apparatus and quality monitoring and controlling technology, in order to solve this difficult problem. The main task of the thesis is to set up a set of vibration signal sampling and data analysis of ultralow frequency that is suitable for testing onlines, which is based on software platform LabVIEW and the slot of PCMCIA of the data collecting card, realize the key part of the large-scale continuous casting----on-lined vibration testing of mould, which can control the product quality effectively in succession.On the basis of analyzing the continuous casting mould vibration device, synthesizing characteristic and requirement of each part of craft parameters, we have set up basic mathematical model and method used in the scene, and designed, debugged artificial platform of vibration and monitoring. This thesis has introduced the overall design and software&hardware design of the system in detail. The software is developed according to the step of the soft project, fully utilizing LabVIEW figure programming tool, emphasizing module programming, making software development period short and a good maintainability, reflecting practicability and commonability of the software. Through the debugging in the laboratory, the systematic design has met requirements for the expecting.
