Research On The Treatment Of Landfill Leachate By The Anaerobic Membrane Bioreactor

The experiment synthetically study the process condition and the result of thetreatment of landfill leachate by anaerobic membrane bio-reactor.It mainly introducesthe parameters of different condition including the start period and the runningperiod,and also including the fouling of membrane, the fouling distribution, thecleaning methods and the result.The experiment indicates that the microorganism can adapt the situation of thelandfill leachate after the 30-45days' domestication.when the sludge concentration iskept about 25g/L, the inlet COD value of landfill leachate is kept at about6000mg/L, and the SRT is kept at 2～4days,the volume organic load is kept2-3kgCOD/m~3.d,the COD removal ratio will arrive 65～75％.Acrooding to the CODremoval ratio,the factor of membrane contributes about 7.7 percent. We also findthat the membrane fouling is the main factor of the membrane resistance by theanalysis.it almost accounts for 58.84 percent of the membrane resistance.The permeation flux of the membrane can return to 80-90％of the initial flux bythe process of water-cleaning,alkaline-cleaning and acidic-cleaning.The membranehas the ability of anti-fouling.
