| In recent years, new types of engineering composite have been used as key parts instead of traditional metal material, water or solid lubrication material as the lubrication mediator instead of mineral oil in mechanical driven system, which are used widely in high efficient drive system of machine, watercraft and vehicles based on saving resources and protecting environment.This topic derived from the Technology Innovation Fund Project for the Technologic Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(project approving code :06C26215111756). Its purposes are to industrialize the new type of engineering composite based on resource-saving and environment-friendly such as water lubricated rubber alloy bearing and to rebuild the previous facilities. Approach and develop the digital manufacturing equipment for the precision forming of engineering composite (patent of invention No. CN 1803443A) using high and new technology, which can make a type of induction heating (hot forming die for precise engineering plastic products, patent of invention No. CN 1733446A), uniform vulcanization, fast forming, the pressure of the mould under control, servocontrol the available vulcanization technology system with the computer, and make the products achieve its dimensional tolerance accuracy and its key technical data improve greatly just with one-time die pressing vulcanization forming.In this paper, the author analyzes the existing problems of the production of plastic items, introduces the basic knowledge and theories of vulcanization of rubber, generally describes the control system of the original forming equipment, rebuilds the hydraulic compression system and the heating system as well as designs the hot forming die for precise engineering plastic products so as to make it has better control accuracy and safety.The author starts from the controlling difficulties in the producing progress of the plastic items, combing the traditional controlling strategy of vulcanization technology and its existing problems and brings in the fuzzy control, the PID control. The PID control strategy of self-correction fuzzy controller and the algorithm research are carried out, too. The digital manufacturing method of engineering composite precision forming researched in this paper is with not only theory guiding meaning but also project application value. |
