Chemical materials are widely used with the development of industry. Not only the development of industry is accelerated, but also the high risk is brought on because sporadic accidents happen Now and then. Major characteristic of sporadic accidents are unexpected , instantaneous, and cause serious consequences and are hard to dispose in case that they happen. Supposing that the risk is analyzed, the result is forecast, and the measure is taken beforehand in order to prevent them from happening, the probability and frequency are all reduced markedly.. However, in the industrialareas, especially in chemical industrial areas with chemical industries, the deleterious chemistry product leakage accident is that higher one kind dashes forward sending out nature contaminating an accident frequency happened.Accident probability and consequence are given detailed explanation. The calculation of probability mostly adopts the Fault Tree Analysis and Event Tree Analysis that are more mature. The consequence models that include Flash fire, BLEVE, VCR explosion and pool fire are summarized into two major harm models: heat radiation and super pressure.
