The article dealed with experiments on Pinus massoniana . Different schematic design was used by treatments of single acid rain or A13+ or Pb2+ or acid rain and AI3+ complication polluted or acid rain and Pb2+ complication pollouted. we discussed the mechanisms of injury and resistance of Pinus massoniana under the different treatments by studied germinate and growth of Pinus massoniana seeds ,genetic damage and Ag-NORs of root top cells of meristem zone, in part of index of physiology and biochemistry and the form of A13+ or Pb2+ absorbed and accumulated. The results showed that Pinus massoniana could acclimatize broad pH range. In acid rain pollutions, heavy metal ions are main toxic reason, and acid rain can enhance toxicide of it. The toxicide induced by Al3+ is more serious than Pb2+. It might relate to existent form of heavy metal ions in Pinus massoniana. Al3+ mainly exist as free state, and easy be actived by acid rain, so it would increase content of actice oxygen in cells, enchance effect of membrane lipid .It might be one of important mechanisms for Pinus massonian under acid rain and Al3+ complication pollouted. Pb2+ is inert, the influence induced by O2·may not main mechanisms of seedling injury under acid rain and Pb2+ complication stress. It also perhaps that Pinus massoniana had higher resistance. In condition that, there are significant meaning for developing resistant forest of acid rain and Pb2+ complication polluted and reparate mountain soil polluted by Pb2+ used.
