| Recenetly, preparation of hybrid material via a sol-gel process has been a hot fieldin material research. Introducing organic component into inorganic materials canimprove some properties, such as toughness, adhesion; On the contrary, introducinginorganic component into organic material may enhance its rigidity, heat resistance andaging-resistant properties. The performance of hybrid material will be perfect becauseperformance of organic-inorganic component is complementary by crosslinking andcompounding.Several acrylic resins with different mass contents of 2-Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate(HPMA), methyl methacrylate(MMA), butyl acrylate(BA), styrene(St) are polymerized byusing free radical solution method. The chemical and morphology structure of theacrylate were characterized by using IR, 1H-NMR, DSC, TG and GPC. Consideringmanifold factors, the furthest condition of NCO group grafted onto acrylic resins reactionis under ultrasonic heating at 80℃, and reaction time is up to 5 hours. Grafting NCOgroup onto acrylic resins, it can provide activate group for following reactions.Presently, in most researches hybrid coating is prepared by tetraethoxysilicone ortetrabutyl titanate singly via a sol-gel process. In the paper, hybrid coating is preparedby using tetraethoxysilicone and tetrabutyl titanate together by via a sol-gel process.Surface drying time of hybrid coating is reduced extremely. Analyzed by IR, it canspeculate that hybrid coating contain the bond of Ti-O-Si.Nano-TiO2(50~100 nm)is prepared via a sol-gel process. Introducing NCO groupinto Nano-TiO2, the chemical and morphology structure were characterized by using IR,TG, TEM and DLS. Nano-hybrid coatings were prepared by mixing nano-TiO2 into twocomponent hybrid coatings. The performance of hybrid coating in chemical solutionresistance is excellent. Testing climate resistance and photocatalysis property of hybridcoating, added to nano-rutile titanium dioxide coating is endowed with shield ultravioletproperty; added to nano-anatase titanium dioxide coating is endowed withphotocatalysis property. |
