With the fast development of the city, pollution of city-creek is increasingly serious. In order to seek a kind of creek's treatment technology which is economical and effective, adopting a sort of effective filling used to produce bio-film, carried on experiment research of pollution creek's treatment technology by suspended bio-film for the first time.Firstly, investigated and analyzed the creek's basic pollution characteristic, we can found that pollution of city-creek has great difference along with the period when it is low-flow, normal-water or high-flow. Also, in creek the consistence of organic substance is high, pollution of nitrogen and phosphorus is serious. In succession, using the water by manual confected, commenced the produce bio-film experiment by suspended bio-film. The experiment result shows that it has less bio-film developing duration, and primary environmental factor which affect producing bio-film is dissolved oxygen, the seemly concentration is 1.8-2.5mg/L. Simultaneity, observed microorganism's change at the producing bio-film time, found that bacterium is dominant, also, there are many ciliates protozoa such as vorticella, epistylis and aspidisca etc, after the bio-film is mature, come forth metazoa such as rotifer and nematode etc, and there are a few alga. In addition, when bio-film is mature, measured the microorganism quantity on unit bio-film surface is 5.37-3.01 mg/cm2. Finally, go along the consecutive experiment by suspended bio-film, seeing about the effect of remove CODCr, NH3-N, and TP at different function condition such as different pollution loads, different hydraulic retention time and different hydraulic loads. It can know that when the reaction equipment's inflow condition has been obtained as follows: temperature is about 25℃, DO is 2.0mg/ L or so, flux is 0.5L/min, CODCr is 100mg/L, NH3-N is 15mg/L and TP is 3mg/L, the removal efficiency of CODCr, NH3-N, TP is 71%, 36%, 31% respectively, and the effect is obvious, CODCr of effluent sufficing to theⅣstandard of the earth's surface water environment quantity standard(GB3838-2002).
