In this paper, we used the method of orthogonal testing to discuss the bleaching craftwork (pretreatment, oxygenic and reductive bleaching). The influence parameters in the treatment process, including the time of pretreatment, the concentration of H2O2, the pH value, time and temperature of oxygenic and reductive bleaching process, were discussed systemically in the research. On the basis of experiment, the optimized conditions for the bleaching process were obtained within the experimental range. We offered a feasible way to bleach the feather and bleached feather with high whiteness, less damage and good stability was obtained. It is of great significance to improve the economic value of black feather and expand the production of feather product. The key of hydrogen peroxide bleaching is how to improve the efficiency and reduce the damage. In addition to the oxygenic and reductive bleacher, we added stabilizer, active reagents and penetrating agent in the bleaching liquid and discussed the effect of additive reagents on the bleaching efficiency. The results showed that the additive reagents could enhance the penetration and feather whiteness, and reduce the damnification. In this paper, we also discussed the bleaching mechanism of these three steps. In addition, ferrite powder with different composition were prepared by Sol-gel process using Fe(NO3)3·9H2O, Ba(NO3)2, Sr(NO3)2, Ni(NO3)2·6H2O and citrate acid as raw materials. The influence of performances in different conditions was studied by using XRD and TEM. And the magnetic properties of obtained ferrite were characterized by the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results indicated that the ferrite powder with bigger particle size was obtained by raising temperature and prolonging the treatment time. The saturation magnetization of the ferrite was weakened with the addition of Sr2+, and all the particles appeared regular sphere no matter with or without Sr2+.
