| The formation of Xing Anling groups in Suderte oil field is volcano chipping rock which is mainly contained of tuff layer and deep tuff layer. This layer is grown up with eruptive tuff and higher content of clay, it is easier to cause expansion and hydration during the development process of using water flooding, the capacity of filter in the layer is fell, the course of high effect exploitation is restricted in the Suderte oil field.Basin on the character of formation geology of Xing Anling groups in Suderte oil field, analyzing the physical character in the layer; it is aimed at the content character of clay mineral is higher in the layer, developing the research of water sensitivity mechanism; by the compatibleness experiment of clay stabilization and the layer to summarize a corresponding technics of increase production and injection. The conclusion indicated that the Xinganling formation of this fault block can be divided 4 layer groups, developed in three sets, I II and III-IV respectively. Two reason caused the water sensitivity what is the expansion of smectite when it meet water and the deconcentration, hydrate of tuff. The QY-138 solid stablizator optimized proved has the best compatibleness with the I II layer groups. And the oil emulsion fracture technology meet the demand of the development of eruptive tuff formation.After two years test, we solved the problem of water flooding in the Xinanling layer groups of Suderter oil field. Series process engineering is formed into primarily to water drive development in eruptive tuff. This technology ensure the water flooding coming into effect in Xinganling layer groups of Hai Laer basin. |
