The warp knitting electronic yarn feed system is a system which sends yarn by servo motor, and is one of the most important parts in the warp knitting machine. This thesis mainly studies the development of the servo control electronic yarn feed system. and lays a good foundation for the development of the warp knitting electronic information.This paper introduces the development of the servo control electronic yarn feed system and analyzes the warp knitting machine's let-off feedback deflection and the cross stripe. Firstly, the paper divides the warp knitting electronic beam control system into linear, 2-step and sequential three types and analyzes the domination principle of each type. Secondly, the paper studies the physical model of the let-off system and the framework of the system. Meanwhile, the paper also introduces the design of the control algorithm. Thirdly, it describes the design and practice of electronic beam control system in warp knitting, which is also the key part of the paper. The system uses FCS (field control system) technology based on single chip,each beam is controlled separately by a beam control unit, while each control unit is managed centrally by the super controller. The processing parameters are input and output through human-computer interface, while the field data acquisition and real-time computation are managed by the controller which is based on a single chip. Then the principle of the letting-off feedback system and the cause of feedback error is analyzed in the paper. Based on the mathematic model, the paper describes the let-off feedback error's affection to the electronic yarn feed system's run-in value. In the end, the paper studies the cross stripe and points out the servo control electronic letting-off system's affection to the cross stripe.To sum up, the thesis develops a servo control electronic yarn feed system which can be put into practice,and validates the roller's change value's affection to the cross stripe. Creatively, the author measures the electronic yarn feed system's affection to the cross stripe through contrllled program, and puts forward a new way to control the warp knitting cross stripe.
