The warp knitting electronic guide bar system is a system which drive guide bar shogging motion by servo motor,and it's one of the most important parts in the warp knitting machine. Guide bar's shogging rule and the domination principle of electronic guide bar control in warp knitting are studied, based on which servo control electronic guide bar control system is developed.First the development of the guide bar system control system in warp knitting machine is introduced, and the application of guide bar system control system in home and abroad are analyzed, the gap between which can be seen obviously. Then the guide bar's shogging regularity of Warpknitting machine is analyzed, testing shogging motion'time of common Warpknitting machines,which is reference to designng the control system. In order to study the dynamic guide bar stress, a digital method testing dynamic guide bar stress based on computer is designed in this paper. And the relation diagrams between guide bar stress and principal axis'angle; The test result indicates four couple wave crests occur during two loop forming periods, and the maximum value occur during overlap. Then this paper analyzes the principle of electronic guide bar control system in warp knitting, especially electronic guide bar system. Analyzing the servo control principle separately in detail and guide bar motion, construct the mathematic model of the guide bar's servo control system , select control mode and servo motor. The emphasis of this paper is put forward in the end, which describes the design and practice of control electronic guide bar control system. The hardware and communication software of control system based on modularization are designed;A system of eletronic guide bar control,which is based on the single chipmicrocomputer and Mitsubishi Servo Driver supported by industrial IPC,was proposed. Which uses field control system technology,each guide bar is controlled separately by each guide bar control unit, while each control unit is managed centrally by the super controller. The processing parameters are input and output through human-computer interface, while the field data acquisition and real-time computation are managed by the controller based on single chip, AC servo motor drive guide bar shogging motion.
