In the molding processing of high polymer material, howto enhanced the use level of the high polymer material by using the CAE technology,the high polymer material product quality as well as the productivity still was thecurrent most important task of engineers. This subject revolves the theme of a newfast-changing diameter structure and the extrusion processing research of tube dies,and take the high polymer material processing engineering, the melted-polymerrheology, the polymer processing heat transfer studying and other multi-disciplinarytheory as a foundation, the research analyzed the rules of the tubes extrusionprocessing In the basis of the computer simulation analysis and the experimental study.It take a comprehensive research about the feasibility of the fast-changing diameterstructure from the theory to experimental analysis, and also have done a explorationresearch In order to enhance the molding production efficiency and the high polymermaterial use level.This research first theoretically analyzed every physical quantities distributed rule ofthe melted polymers in tube dies mold cavity, then designed a set of tube die moldwhich conform to this topic request according to these theories, And has carried on a optimized design and a strict examination to this kind of type tube mold structure.Afterwards using the CFD fluid module of ANSYS, make a computer-aided flowanalysis about the flowing situation in tube dies channel and a dynamic flowingsimulation, Direct-viewing and vividly described the distributed situation of thepressure field, the velocity field, the viscosity field, the wall shear stress field of themelted polymer flowing in the tube dies channel,It forecastedly simulates flowingbehaviors of the melted polymers in the tube dies mold. Before these put intoproduction. Finally, in the according of theoretical design and the simulation analysis,designed and processes the set of tube dies mold, and has carried on the experimentwith a kind of HDPE, further analyzed relations between the screw rod rotationalspeed, the wall thickness of molding section,the dies temperature and the extruderoutput, the pressure of the tube dies,extrusion swells by the obtained experimentaldata.With the work of the computer-aided simulation and the structural design, theexperimental study, This research not only enhanced the structural design efficiency,reduced the blindness experiment, moreover has contrastedly analyzed the simulationanalysis structure and the experimental results, the experimental data has confirmedthe feasibility and the rationality of this new structure, enabled the findings to have theimportant theory and actual project significance.
