In this paper, the high conductive polymer that volume resistivity-less than 0. 1Ω·cm was studied through the carbon series fillings distributed in the thermo-plastelast styrene-butadiene rubber/PP. The correct way of recombined the current-carrying plate to carbon blanket was also studied. The main conductive fillings were black carbon, carbon fiber and black lead. The thermo-plastelast styrene-butadiene rubber/PP was the best resin through studied the papers. The effect of conductive filling on the volume resistivity was studied by using the measurement methods, four probes method and high resistance method. The conductive polymer' s property was affected by the processing way, temperature and assistant. The conductive adhesion' s character was decided by the conductive fillings. Correct ways to recombine the carbon blanket in current-carrying plate were the adhesive and thermo-recombination. The results as follows:1. Carbon black, carbon fiber and carbon lead had different effects on the conductivity. But the conductive mechanics was common. The conductive abilities: Carbon black>carbon fiber>carbon lead.2. The conductive ability could not increase with the conductive fillings content' s increasing when the fillings content arrived target. In order to improve conductivity must using carbon black, carbon fiber and carbon lead together with the correct ratio.3. The resin' s types also have strong effect on the resistance. But the effect was very small when the fillings content was high. The SEBS/PP, SEBS7PP, SEBS7LDPE, POE/PP, TPU/PP resins had little effect of conductivity, but the SEBS/PP, SEBS7PP resins could get the best processing and conductive properties.4. The processing ways had great effect on the conductivity. Conductive ability was better using double roller mixer than using double screw extruder. Polymer' s conductive ability became better when raised temperature, but the mechanical character was worse.5. The effect of white oil content on conductivity was little, but white oil content would affect battery' s recharging-discharging ability. The correct white oil content was important for production.6. Conductive adhesion had same conductive mechanics as conductive polymer. By comparing the adhesive ability with different conductive filling content, the best result was gained.7. It had two possible ways to combine carbon blanket in current-carrying plate, adhesive recombination and thermo recombination. Thermo recombination was better. It could keep the conductive ability and had better combinative effect.8. The main reasons that affected the conductive performance by thermo recombination were temperature and pressure. Adjusted the temperature and pressure could get the best production.9. The thermo combinative electrode recharging-discharging ability was better than adhesive combinative electrode.
