In order to do it, changing from labor-intensive industry to technique and aptitude intensive industry for clothing business enterprise is the inevitable trend of industry development.In this thesis, it developed a clothing production management system that applying to the small and medium clothing business enterprise on the basis of investigating and analyzing the pipelining of factual clothing style. It combined the theory of clothing technique and production management. It was at the practicable angle and in the background of small and medium clothing manufacturers whose main experience pattern mostly was to receive an order to produce. This system used clothing CAPP design thought for reference and combined VB, Access, Excel.Based on systematic technology, this system set up the relevant clothing frame, depending on the similarity of manufaction processes of clothes in the same classification. Furthermore, it can make selection and modification of the frame according to the properties of clothes, and thus realized the formation of the technique document. To enhance its practicability, this system allowed users to fill in more information varying according to their own situations by Excel, such as equipment resource, working procedure habit and man-hour information and so on. And it was the big variation of that information that limits the entirety of the CAPP clothing database. Moreover, operators can re-modified and re-combinated the system depending on the results of staff arrangement calculated by the technique module.
