This article through to research investigation and study of the sucker rod pump experimental system that simulation lift in domestic and foreign, analyzed the situation of the experimental system research, In the article introduced composition,the technical process and the special experiment of the experimental system , elaborated the experimental system main design,calculation and how to confirm the asynchronous machine power of the main equipment and so on, with the finite element theory analyses the situation is pressured and distortional of the strut rack and the assistance rack, introduced the experimental system needs to enroll parameter and precision, to research the conventional pump and the great pitch pumps and if it is adapt horizontal well oil extraction, put the pump through plenty experiment on the frictional resistance,the seepage loss,the operating characteristic and so on in the laboratory room, has enrolled the plenty tentative data, has drawn up the plenty assay curve .Tests has shown that: the clearance seepage loss of oil pump plunger is no uniform in entire up stroke, the friction force of the polished rod and packing set is unlikeness in the up stroke and down stroke, the frictional resistance is big in the up stroke, the frictional resistance is small in the down stroke. to certain viscosity experimental medium, the discharge coefficient of the great pitch pump is higher than the conventional pump, along with the obliquity of the pump barrel is increase(that is from the level to the vertical lay),the discharge coefficient of the well pump is increase, looked from the test result, the discharge coefficient of the great pitch pump is higher than the conventional pump, on this condition that low frequency of stroke, and it is more obvious on the small oblique angle condition.the whole experiment system has carried on over a thousand experiments, the tentative data has altogether enrolled more than 1,200 groups. looked from the experimental process, the system mechanical reliability is high,the data enrollment is stable,the technology is advance , on the study of the sucker rod pump capability in domestic, this set of experimental system through simple transformation may carry on the different medium the pipe flow experiment, and special oil pump performance test research, the whole experiment system has the further development experiment scope the space, has provided the good experimental platform for the next project research .
