Poly carboxylate is the auxiliary of a new free phosphate detergent, the detergent which add some poly_carboxylate have a wonderful effect, no pollution, good environment protection. It is called the auxiliary of a green detergent. The complex detergent, which contain some poly_carboxylate can not only fulfill people's requirement, but also solve the environment problem. It will be taken as the new green detergent in the 21st century. Especially, it has a wide market and a good outlook.In order to fulfill the requirement of green detergent, in order to add the farmer's income. Our design bases on the true condition, depends on the datum of the auxiliary of a new free phosphate detergent the intermediate experiment of producing oxidized corn and the project of a new polycarboxylate. We designed the technology which takes corn flour as the materials and can produce polycarboxylate 30,000 ton per year. Considering the annual yield, we have determined the schedule, chosen the best technical circuit.Carry the corn materials (or wet corn) to the crusher, then carry the crushed corn to the feed bin by skip car, then carry to the reaction kettle by skip bucket; transport the heated fresh water to the reaction kettle by pump; At the same time, transport the lye to the reaction kettle by pump, control the pH=10.4, adding quantitative accelerant, heat the compound to 80℃, let in oxygen, rearing about three and an half hours, testing the reactant, if it comes to the standard, stopping heating and letting in oxygen, letting out the reactant to she sump, then transport it to the drier, dry it until come up to the standard. Now we can get the products.In this design, we finished the calculation of the technology (materials calculation, energy calculation) and calculated he apparatus, determined the controlling method and the controlling program, designed the workshop, wrote the table about the apparatus, the table about controlling instruments and so on, at last we drew the technical flow chart and the materials flow chart, controlled technical flow chart, the arrangement chart of the workshop, the table about materials consumption, the table of energy consumption.The design is an advanced technology, depends on the safety standard and the production standard of China.
