The simulation system on slub fabric were studied in this discourse, the discourse includes two aspects: the development of fabric's simulation system was realized, whether the slub takes on regular on fabric or not in the methods of shuttle and rapier ; Achieving the settings of single warp (weft) and non-single warp (weft) on the slub simulation function .The discourse was finished by two aspects's work: (1)We divide fabric into two parts according to the interlace regular of warp and weft, that is regular tissues,derivatization tissues,complex tissues and DIY tissues, and constructing mathematical model of regular tissues,derivatization tissues,complex tissues and DIY tissues; Constructing mathematical model of slub, application the basic designing idea, the parts of yarn and slub yarn were interval configured by a series of circular permutation small diamonds respectively; (3)The fabric's structure,appearance style and its affecting factors were analyzed deeply, achieving the simulation designing system of slub fabric by Visual Basic 6.0 as development environment of system, based on designing theory of analog display and appearance simulation, also involves in implement methods of system's application frameworks and data structure, and management method of database.After analyzing, some deductions are confirmed: (1) the development of fabric's simulation system was realized, whether the slub takes on regular on fabric or not in the methods of shuttle and rapier;(2) Achieving the settings of single warp (weft) and non-single warp (weft) on the slub simulation function; (3) In spinning and weaving enterprise, the simulation system of slub fabric can be used in simulation designing and product development. We can arbitrary change fabric structure,yarn arrangement,yarn variety and its color.The study of the simulation system on slub fabric diminish the development period of the produt, improve production efficiency. In some certain, labor power,materials resource and financial power was saved, and cost was cut down, also the market competence was improved.
